Service Description
Our K-Tips Removal service is designed for the safe and professional takedown of keratin bond extensions while protecting the health and integrity of your natural hair. Each bond is carefully softened and removed using professional-grade products and techniques to ensure minimal stress on your hair. We take our time to gently break down the keratin bonds, avoiding unnecessary pulling, breakage, or damage. Following removal, your hair is thoroughly cleansed with a clarifying wash to remove any residue, buildup, or remaining bond product. A deep conditioning treatment is then applied to restore moisture, softness, and strength, leaving your natural hair nourished and manageable. The service is completed with a blow-dry and light styling, so you leave with clean, refreshed, and beautifully finished hair. Please note: If your extensions have been worn for an extended period, or there is significant tangling, matting, or product buildup, additional time may be required. In such cases, extra charges may apply depending on the condition of the hair. For the best experience and to maintain the health of your natural hair, clients are strongly encouraged to book removal or maintenance appointments before excessive growth, tangling, or matting occurs. This service is ideal for clients who want a complete, comfortable, and professional removal experience without compromising the quality of their natural hair. Reinstallation services can be booked separately. Severely matted or overdue removals may require additional time and will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
K-Tips Maintenance is recommended every 6–8 weeks to keep your extensions looking seamless and to protect your natural hair. A deposit of 300–500 DKK is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred with sufficient notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Must be made at least 48 hours in advance • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit Hair Preparation: • Hair should be clean, dry, and detangled before your appointment • If not, a Wash & Blow Dry or Detangling service will be added to your booking Maintenance Guidelines: • This service is only for existing K-Tips installed within 6–8 weeks • Appointments beyond this timeframe may require a full removal and reinstallation instead Additional Charges May Apply For: • Matted or tangled hair • Poor maintenance of extensions • Extra time required due to density or growth By booking this service, you agree to these terms.
