    Absolutely! All our extensions are 100% human hair, which means you can curl, straighten, and color them just like your natural hair. We recommend using a heat protectant and having coloring done by a professional to maintain the hair's integrity.
  • How do I care for my Glam In Inches extensions?
    Treat them like your own hair—with love and good products! Use sulfate-free shampoo, deep condition regularly, and detangle gently from tips to roots. Always air-dry when possible, and store your wigs or bundles in a satin bag or wig stand when not in use.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    es! While Glam In Inches EU is based in Denmark, we ship across Europe and beyond. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
  • I’m new to extensions—how do I choose the right product?
    We’ve got you! Whether you're unsure about textures, lengths, or types (clip-ins vs wigs vs bundles), just send us a message. Our team is happy to guide you through options based on your hair goals and lifestyle.
  • What’s the difference between closures and frontals?
    Closures cover a smaller area (usually 4x4 or 5x5 inches) and are perfect for middle or side parts. Frontals (typically 13x4 or 13x6 inches) go from ear to ear and offer more styling flexibility—including ponytails and slick-back looks.
  • How long do the extensions last?
    With proper care, our hair can last anywhere from 1 to 3 years—yes, really! Our Virgin and Single Donor collections are designed for longevity, especially when you treat them right.
  • Do you offer installation services?
    Not at the moment in Europe, but we can recommend stylists in Copenhagen—and we’re building a referral list for other cities. If you're in Ghana, our salon team will be happy to help you.
  • What’s your return or exchange policy?
    Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened, unworn hair within 7 days of delivery. If there’s any issue with your order, contact us and we’ll sort it out fast—we’re here to help.
