Service Description
Our K-Tips Maintenance service is designed to refresh your existing installation and keep your extensions looking neat, secure, and healthy between full installs. This service may include: • checking and separating grown-out bonds • removing minor tangling at the roots • replacing loose or shed bonds where needed • re-bonding selected pieces • refreshing the overall finish of your install Maintenance is recommended to help extend the life of your install and reduce tangling, matting, or unnecessary stress on your natural hair. Important: This service is intended for existing K-Tips installs only and is priced based on the amount of hair currently installed. If your install is heavily grown out, tangled, or requires significant rework, a full removal and reinstall may be recommended instead. Clients must arrive with clean, dry, and detangled hair unless a prep add-on has been selected. ⚠️ Please note: • This service does not include new hair • Heavily matted or neglected hair may require additional time or removal service Maintenance is recommended every 6–8 weeks, depending on growth and aftercare.
Cancellation Policy
K-Tips Maintenance is recommended every 6–8 weeks to keep your extensions looking seamless and to protect your natural hair. A deposit of 300–500 DKK is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred with sufficient notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Must be made at least 48 hours in advance • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit Hair Preparation: • Hair should be clean, dry, and detangled before your appointment • If not, a Wash & Blow Dry or Detangling service will be added to your booking Maintenance Guidelines: • This service is only for existing K-Tips installed within 6–8 weeks • Appointments beyond this timeframe may require a full removal and reinstallation instead Additional Charges May Apply For: • Matted or tangled hair • Poor maintenance of extensions • Extra time required due to density or growth By booking this service, you agree to these terms.
