Our K-Tips (Keratin Bond) installation service includes both premium extension hair and professional installation for a seamless, natural-looking result. This is a complete, customised service designed for clients who want added length, volume, and a flawless blend without the need to source hair separately. Each installation is tailored based on: • your desired fullness • your natural hair density • your head size • and your preferred length We use high-quality human hair selected for softness, durability, and a natural finish. Important: K-Tips are a detailed, strand-by-strand installation method and require time and precision. Appointment duration varies depending on the amount of hair and desired result. A consultation is recommended prior to booking to confirm: • hair selection • colour matching • length and grams required Hair is included in this service. Custom colours or special orders may require additional time. Clients must arrive with clean, dry, and detangled hair unless a prep add-on has been selected.
Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before booking. A consultation is mandatory before booking this service. This allows us to assess your hair, confirm suitability, select the correct colour match, and determine the required grams and length. Hair for this service is not always kept in stock. In some cases, your selected hair will need to be specially ordered from our suppliers. This can take 1–2 weeks (or longer) depending on availability. Your installation appointment will only be confirmed once the hair is ready. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and, where applicable, to place your hair order. Clients must arrive with clean, detangled hair unless a wash & blow-dry add-on has been selected. If your hair requires additional preparation on arrival, this will be added to your final bill. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if sufficient notice is given. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation. Hair availability may vary. Some orders may require 1–2 weeks for sourcing before installation. Once hair has been ordered, deposits are strictly non-refundable.
