Service Description
Our K-Tips (Keratin Bond) installation service is designed for clients who already have their own extension hair and would like it professionally installed for a seamless, natural-looking result. This service is ideal for clients looking for a long-lasting extension method that offers flexibility, lightweight wear, and a natural blend with their own hair. Each installation is carefully customised based on: • your desired fullness • your hair density • your head size • and the number of grams being installed Please note that this service includes installation only and does not include the cost of hair. If your hair is not already pre-bonded into keratin tips, a separate K-Tips Bonding / Encapsulation service may be required before installation. Important: K-Tips are a detailed, strand-by-strand method and installation time varies depending on the amount of hair being installed. Larger or fuller installs may require several hours to complete. For the best result, a consultation is highly recommended prior to booking to confirm: • suitability • hair quantity • colour matching • and the correct service option Clients must arrive with clean, dry, and detangled hair unless a prep add-on has been selected.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable in person on the day of your appointment. Consultation Requirement A consultation is required prior to all extension services to assess your hair, colour match, and determine the best installation method. Hair Preparation Clients must arrive with clean, dry, and product-free hair. If your hair requires washing, detangling, or blow-drying, this will be added to your service and charged accordingly. Add-Ons & Adjustments If additional services are required during your appointment (e.g. wash & blow-dry, silk press, extra time for thick hair, or encapsulation), these will be added to your final bill. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in loss of your deposit. Late Policy Please arrive on time. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited. No-Show Policy Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. Installation time varies depending on hair quantity, head size, and desired finish. Please allow sufficient time for your appointment. K-Tips are a detailed, luxury installation method and should not be rushed. Appointment times are estimated and may vary.
