Service Description
We begin all extension services with a consultation to ensure the best possible result. During your consultation, we assess your natural hair, discuss your desired look, and recommend the most suitable extension method for you. This allows us to determine the right technique, volume, and overall approach tailored specifically to you. We will also match your hair colour and guide you on the best options for achieving a seamless blend, including texture, length, and maintenance, so you feel fully confident before your installation. A consultation is required before booking any extension service. The consultation fee will be deducted from your final booking. Consultations are primarily held in person to ensure accurate colour matching and assessment. Online consultations are available for international clients or initial guidance, but an in-person consultation may still be required before installation.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience and accurate results, please read the following before booking your consultation: 1. Booking & Payment All consultations must be booked in advance. The consultation fee is required to secure your appointment. 2. Consultation Requirement A consultation is required before all hair extension services. This allows us to assess your hair, match your colour, and recommend the best method for you. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of your booking fee. 4. Punctuality Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation or cancellation. 5. Results & Expectations Final pricing and service recommendations will be confirmed after your consultation based on your hair type, desired look, and required extensions. 6. Online Consultations Online consultations are available for guidance; however, an in-person consultation may still be required before installation.
